COLLECTION


Supplies may be collected from BMG Office Equipment. There is no minimum order value of goods collected on trade counter. To avoid delay, please give as much notice as possible. Green coded items (mainly furniture) are only available for collection by prior arrangement.



DELIVERY


a) All Dealer, Consumer and Rapidline deliveries are effected on the basis that suitable free of charge parking can be found during normal working hours within close proximity of the requested delivery point It is the responsibility of our customers to advise us in advance of delivery requests to restrictive parking zones or routes. In instances where a failed delivery has occurred due to said restrictions, the delivery cost will be borne by our customer. In addition, we also reserve the right to make a charge to return the ordered product(s) into stock and raise the necessary credit.


b) Consumer deliveries will be charged at the advertised rate per order of Supplies and/or higher advertised rate for Furniture and green coded items. Orders for both types of product will be charged at advertised rates added together. Deliveries
may be made up to 5.30 pm the next working day. Certain restrictions apply and further information is available from BMG Office Equipment.

c) Delivery lead times may vary, depending on supplying location.



PROOF OF DELIVERY


Requests for proof of delivery should be made in writing or logged as a query no later than 3 months after the date of the invoice relating to the delivery



RETURNS


a) We are under no obligation to accept return of goods supplied unless goods are damaged in transit or there is a substantiated complaint about the quality of the products.


b) Goods which are not required must be returned within 21 days of receipt, in original unmarked packaging and in a condition suitable for immediate resale. Furniture items will be credited at 90% of invoice value. All Supplies over 21 days from date of invoice will be subject to 85% credit. Please note, customer 'not required' returns in excess of 7% may be subject to 75% partial credit.


c) Collections of goods for return will only be undertaken on our Suppliers Returns Notes. Please ensure goods are available for collection prior to requesting return.


d) Returns will only be accepted on food*, drink* and chemical* cleaning products if the items were received in a faulty condition. Prior agreement must be obtained from BMG Office Equipment. *Please note - this list is subject to change and is not exhaustive.


e) Returns requests must be sent to BMG Office Equipment, using our Suppliers official paperwork where necessary, or electronically. In no circumstances will we accept returns of Black coded or redundant items.


f) All not required goods collected from a Consumer will be subject to 85% credit.


g) No goods will be supplied on approval.


h) We reserve the right to supply by post or other suitable means any components that are reported as missing or faulty in a Furniture product rather than accept a return.



CLAIMS/INVOICE QUERIES


a) Claims in respect of short deliveries, picking errors or damage to goods in transit must be notified within 3 working days of receipt of the goods. Corrections will normally be made on next normal delivery vehicle.


b) Should you need to query the content or accuracy of an invoice, you should do so within 30 days of the invoice date by contacting the customer service department at the supplying location, whereupon your query details will be logged and a query number allocated, which you will need to refer to in the event of any future correspondence.



TERMS


a) Goods will be priced at time of despatch.


b) All invoices must be paid completely, without deduction and the payment must arrive strictly on the due date.


c) Late payment will be subject to an interest charge for each day beyond the due date at 5% above the Bank of England base rate. This interest charge does not effect the right to suspend deliveries to take whatever action to recover the debt as considered reasonable at the time. Orders are subject to Company's Standard Conditions of Sale, copies of which are available on request.



Due to the volatile state of the electronic office supplies and paper market, products contained in this list may be subject to price increases without prior notice. BMG Office Equipment will endeavour to resist and contain such increases wherever possible.
