How to Keep Your Keyboard Clean & Germ Free

Step-by-Step Guide
1. Power Down Safely
Before cleaning, turn off your computer and unplug your keyboard (or shut down your laptop). This prevents moisture or debris from causing electrical issues.
2. Shake Out Loose Debris
Hold the keyboard upside down and gently tap or shake over a bin to dislodge larger crumbs and dirt. You’d be surprised how much comes out!
3. Use Compressed Air
Shake the can of Compressed Air Duster, then use short bursts along with a Soft Cleaning Brush to sweep out particles. Tilt the keyboard at various angles to reach all the nooks.
4. Wipe with Microfibre Cloth
Lightly moisten a Microfibre Cloth with Foam Cleaner, then gently wipe the surface and keytops. Avoid spraying liquids directly onto the keyboard.
5. Detail with Cotton Buds
For sticky spots, wrap a swab around its tip with a cloth moistened with alcohol to carefully clean around individual keys.
6. Let It Dry
Allow 15–30 minutes for your keyboard to fully air-dry before plugging it back in or turning it on. This prevents any moisture-related damage.
