It’s been a strange few months for all of us and here at BMG we have been lucky to have stayed in business throughout lockdown albeit working with a skeleton staff.
Patti and Tony have worked all the way through, sometimes doing crazy hours to ensure our customers and others could get the supplies they needed to continue their work.
As you can imagine there was a huge surge in people looking for PPE equipment at the start of lockdown. Supplies weren’t always easily available and deliveries were taking longer to receive but we were constantly in touch with suppliers and customers keeping them up to date on orders and stock.
Patti was at her desk for long hours sourcing stock, processing orders and helping our regular customers and new ones.
Tony has also been busy throughout the last few months covering deliveries, keeping in touch with customers, advising them on regulations regarding work places plus designing and installing ‘new world’ office spaces.
All other members of the team were furloughed on full pay.
In early June we were delighted to bring Brendan back to work on a part time basis and he is now back full time delivering orders.
Dominic returned to work last week and we’re looking forward to having Adelle back when it is safe for her to visit customers to have the whole team back together again.
Work life may have changed for many during this time but we are still here to help as we always have:

- If you are heading back to construction of outdoor work we had a range of safety and hi-viz clothing for you.
- If you are re-opening premises we have all the usual equipment we supply you with plus PPE, deep cleaning solutions and protective screens.
